The Mercer provides in-home technology support services, including but not limited to assistance with televisions, streaming devices, phones, Wi-Fi, computers, and smart home technology.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may involve third-party products, software, internet providers, or systems beyond our control.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we strive to provide effective solutions, The Ward cannot guarantee specific results due to variables such as equipment limitations, software updates, manufacturer restrictions, or internet service issues.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information regarding devices and issues
• Ensure a safe and reasonable working environment
• Have permission to modify or access devices and accounts involved in the service
5. Payment Terms
Service pricing is communicated in advance. Additional time beyond the included service duration may be billed separately and will be discussed prior to continuation of work.
Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ward shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, including data loss or device malfunction not caused by gross negligence.
8. Privacy
Your use of this website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
